Good morning!! 😃☀️ Most of the shop is back up minus a few smaller items that I still need to inventory. Lots of beautiful yarn ready to ship!

Will be dying and shipping orders this week. The 2nd Mini club is projected to ship at the end of the week.

Planning out the details for my Valentines Advent.

Will be responding to emails later today.

Sometimes I hate sharing my personal stuff because

Sometimes I hate sharing my personal stuff because I know there are individuals out there who are all like “oh here she goes with this pity party crap”. And I can understand that perspective.

I try to share because I’d like to be an open and honest business owner. I did once receive a rude email essentially saying my transparency was a joke and I always had “lol” in everything.

I survive through humor. It’s the only way I make it through the day. By laughing at myself and my trauma. And not everyone may understand that.

It’s been a rough year. I ended relationships with people I love for my own mental peace. I removed someone I held dear to my heart from my child life because I wouldn’t allow them to use him like a pawn in a game of chess as I was used. I stood alone through my healing and struggles most of the time. Thankfully I have some amazing friends who were there for me when I needed them.

I truly thought 2023 was going to be the end of my business. And even now I still am struggling to see that light.

This business is something I love but I failed at it this year. I have trauma. Real trauma. I’ve been SA’d twice. (10 and 15) I’ve been abandoned. I’ve been called hateful names and told I wasn’t wanted. That id never become anything. And unless you lived through any of these things, you can never understand what that does to a person.

I’m trying my hardest to change my life. To be a better person. To become someone. To be able to be financially stable in this god awful economy. And it’s not easy. I cry so much because it shouldn’t be this hard to survive.

The reason I bring this all up… be kind. You really never know what someone is going through.

I’m almost 35 and I still wonder who I would have been If I had never been assaulted… and that is hard!

Tomorrow I will sit down and do inventory on everything and get everything back on the site.

And then onto prepping for the 2nd mini club!
