Description
The monthly mini club is a great way to build your mini and micro mini collection. This club will be monthly and has no end date (as of now). Currently this club will be on my Cantus base but I may offer other bases in the future. When it comes to colors in this club there will be new colors, old colors, colors I wont repeat, colors I will repeat and possibly even club colors. I have a stack of recipes I want to go through and see what they are (I’m not always so organzied) and I have new recipes I want to try.
This club will consist of (1) 20 gram mini, (1) 10 gram micro mini (in different colors), and extras. Something along the lines of stitch markers, progress keepers and such.
This club will ship out the first full week of every month with the first month shipping out in September 2023. In order to receive the next shipment, you must sign up 2 weeks before the end of the month.
For example, if you want the September yarn, you must sign up by August 17th. If you want the October, yarn you must sign up by September 16th, and so on.
Base Information
-
CANTUS – 80% SW Merino Wool, 20% Nylon, 2ply, 400yds, 100g, Fingering
Repeatability
Yes, but please keep in mind that because every batch is hand-dyed, color variations are to be expected and appreciated like they are in all things natural.
Dye Batch
No two skeins of yarn will ever be identical. However, I do my best to ensure yarns are as close as possible to one another, please understand I dye in small batches and even if the yarn is dyed in the same batch, they still may differ from one another. This is due to slight color variations within different and even the same dye pot. For this same reason, please order enough yarn for your project to ensure the closest color match. I also recommend alternating rows with projects that require multiple hanks.
Fur & Smoke-Free
We say no to smoking but yes furry pets. Our home is dog friendly. Her name is Storm and while I do the best I can to keep her hair out of my yarn, I am only human and can do so much. If you end up with Storms hair or even mine in your yarn, I truly apologize! We’re cootie free!
What You See
I do my best to represent the yarns true color via photographs in a natural light setting, but keep in mind colors may slightly vary due to monitor and phone settings.
Washing
Bleeding may occur for a number of reasons. I highly recommend washing your yarn in cool water with a gentle wool wash. Please check out our F.A.Q & Terms & Conditions for further information on our yarns.
