Advent Information
The 2024 Valentines Advent is Butterfly Species! Each yarn will represent a different species of butterfly and will give a wide variety of colors.

PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ADVENT WITH ANY OTHER ITEMS.
This advent will consist of 13 minis (20g each, 80 yards each) and 1 full hank (100g 400 yards) for an approx. total of 1140 yards.
I will also be including stitch markers, progress keepers, stickers and an item from another small businesses.
This advent will be shipping Priority Mail (shipping included) within the first week of January to ensure everyone has their package by the 1st of February.
This advent will be on my Cantus Base which is a fingering weight yarn 80% SW Merino Wool and 20% Nylon.

Repeatability
Yes, but please keep in mind that because every batch is hand-dyed, color variations are to be expected and appreciated like they are in all things natural.
Dye Batch
No two skeins of yarn will ever be identical. However, I do my best to ensure yarns are as close as possible to one another, please understand I dye in small batches and even if the yarn is dyed in the same batch, they still may differ from one another. This is due to slight color variations within different and even the same dye pot. For this same reason, please order enough yarn for your project to ensure the closest color match. I also recommend alternating rows with projects that require multiple hanks.
Fur & Smoke-Free
We say no to smoking and furry pets. We have a Ball Python and if you find scales in your yarn then we, my friends, have a problem! On a serious note, worry not because she doesn’t go anywhere near the yarn. Though if you find a ball python in your order package, please ship her back… *Breathe*, I’m joking! I think I would notice a 5/6lb snake in your package. LOL =P
What You See
I do my best to represent the yarns true color via photographs in a natural light setting, but keep in mind colors may slightly vary due to monitor and phone settings.
Washing
Bleeding may occur for a number of reasons. I highly recommend washing your yarn in cool water with a gentle wool wash. Please check out our F.A.Q & Terms & Conditions for further information on our yarns.
